Shipping Policy

  • In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
  • Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 4:30 PM will not be processed until the following business day.
  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, most special orders take 2-3 days to get to us and then we ship it to you. If there will be any further delays you will be informed when we process your order.
  • Transit times for shipments range from 2-7 days depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
  • You may select next day air shipping for an additional cost. Next day shipping will ship next business day. A next day air order shipped on a Friday will NOT be delivered until Monday, regardless of the website automated ETA. Any next day air orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not leave until Monday at the earliest. Our cutoff for next day air is 3:00pm central time; you will be notified if you missed the cutoff when we process the order.
  • We are not responsible for any delays in shipping that occur once the package has been accepted by the carrier, IE a next day air shipment that is delayed after it has left our building.
  • Oversized and HAZMAT shipments may incur additional charges; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
  • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
  • We do not ship COD orders.
